RESILIENCE CAMP WORKSHOP

Presented by The Black Family Foundation, The Resilience Camp Workshop (RCW) is dedicated to empowering families with elementary aged students through programmed literacy sessions. In partnership with various civic and non-profit organizations, RCW’s will be conducted in multiple cities throughout the US. The total reach goal is 50,000 families impacted by 2025. The RCW, held throughout the calendar year, is conducted one day in each market and features programmed workshop sessions for elementary aged students. The workshop sessions include various forms of creative empowerment opportunities. Each session is facilitated by professionals, with the support of trained volunteers. The workshop is provided at no cost for the students & their families.

It all begins with our amazing volunteers. After passing back ground checks, with focused training our volunteers are empowered to make a strong positive impact with the families who attend the RCW’s.
